Minimalist cover art and animation for teeNsad's track "kameni" (2025). Elegant clean-grunge style, featuring digital noise and accent color grading.
Working on teeNsad's release "kameni" required a delicate balance between absolute cleanliness and a touch of carelessness. The task was to create a minimalist, composed, and elegant visual while adding subtle grunge notes. To achieve this effect, I carefully worked with color grading, placed the right visual accents, and integrated digital noise. A separate and substantial step was the technical preparation of the static image: I broke it down into layers and optimized it for subsequent "bringing to life" so that the final animation looked as natural as possible.
Cover Design
The design of the static cover was executed in a highly restrained, minimalist style. The main focus was to avoid overloading the composition with unnecessary details, leaving space for emotions and "air" within the frame. Light digital noise and signature color grading created the necessary aesthetic that perfectly conveys the mood of the track. The visual balances on a fine line between clean commercial editorial design and light underground grunge.
Socials & Promo
To promote the track on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, I created a restrained, smooth animation based on the cover art. To ensure the video caught the user's eye while scrolling through the feed, I applied a powerful color contrast. For the typography and text elements, I used a rich red color that stands out incredibly effectively and aggressively against the overall cold color scheme of the image. This decision added the necessary dynamics for social media promo materials while maintaining the initial elegance of the release.
