Crushglad - На моїх руках
Grunge teaser for Crushglad's track "na moikh rukakh" (2025). Featuring dynamic editing, glitch effects, kinetic typography, and a vital social message. Created in 24 hours.
Working on the project "na moikh rukakh" for the artist Crushglad (from our collective "School Melancholy") required maximum speed and deep emotional immersion. The aesthetic of the video had to be closely tied to the gloomy sound of the song, so I chose an aggressive grunge style. The biggest challenge was that the entire scope of work—from the teaser to the cover art—was completed in just one day (around 20 hours).
Video Production
Since the song touches on very heavy topics, it was in this teaser that we, for the first time in our collective's history, integrated a suicide prevention disclaimer urging people to seek mental health support. To convey internal chaos, I built the visuals on constant glitches and highly dynamic editing. The video was saturated with typography: hidden references to old songs and the author's personal reflections appeared on the screen. Despite the extreme 20-hour deadline, I managed to create a cohesive, visually complex product that not only effectively presents the track but also carries an important social mission.

Cover Design
For the cover art, I used a powerful compositional technique—negative space. My goal was to shift the viewer's focus away from the background image and onto a massive "burned-out" black circle placed where the artist's head should be. This is a deep visual metaphor: the circle symbolizes the complexes and psychological problems in a person's mind. They grow to such a scale that they turn into a noticeable, insurmountable void that literally blocks out the entire surrounding world.

Socials & Promo
Despite the severe time constraints, I created 14 unique promo videos to push the song on social media platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts). All the videos were strictly maintained in the unified grunge style of the teaser and cover art, utilizing the same glitches and tense editing. This allowed for a massive yet visually cohesive marketing campaign.
