SCHOOL MELANCHOLY CLUB

The history of the «School Melancholy» collective began in the village of Slobidka, surrounded by friends and beer. And it will continue as long as summer evenings remain just as they used to be.

Each member of «SMC» independently works on their own part of the creative process — writing lyrics, producing music, conceptualizing the visual aesthetics and the overall vision of the release.

At the same time, all these ideas pass through internal interaction within the collective: they are expanded, reinterpreted, and acquire their final form through the joint work of the team. Subsequently, the visual part is brought to life by Stas «Plastivtsi z Molokom», while the entire audio component is executed by the artist themselves. In many ways, this exact approach took shape after the addition of two musical directors in 2023 — «Vova Skameyka Moloko» and Misha «Tazasho». Since then, the team's work has been supported by a single creative organism: love and friendship.
